FAQ
Do you travel for photoshoots?
Sessions within 20 miles of my service area are included at no additional cost.
For locations beyond 20 miles, a travel fee of $0.70 per mile (based on the current U.S. government standard mileage rate) will be applied for the additional distance traveled. This fee helps cover fuel, vehicle maintenance, and travel expenses.
If your session location requires parking fees, tolls, or special permits, those costs may also be added. I’ll always provide a travel quote before your session so there are no surprises.
Can I use the photos for social media and marketing materials?
Absolutely! Once your final edited images are delivered, you’re welcome to share them on your personal social media accounts, use them for announcements, print them, and include them in personal marketing materials.
I kindly ask that you do not alter the images with filters or heavy edits, as they reflect my photography style and brand. If you share your photos online, I always appreciate being tagged so I can celebrate your memories with you!
What Is Your Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy?
I understand that plans can change! If you need to cancel or reschedule your session, please notify me as soon as possible.
Rescheduling: Sessions may be rescheduled at no additional cost with at least 48 hours’ notice, subject to availability.
Cancellations: Deposits are non-refundable but may be applied toward a new session date if you reschedule within 30 days of your original appointment.
If severe weather or an emergency makes it unsafe to proceed, we’ll work together to reschedule your session at no additional charge.
Are the travel expenses included in your packages or covered additionally?
Travel expenses are not included in my package pricing.
Sessions within my included service area are covered at no additional charge. For locations outside of that area, a travel fee will be added based on the distance traveled. Any applicable parking fees, tolls, or permit costs may also be included if required.
You’ll always receive a travel quote before booking, so you’ll know the total cost upfront—no hidden fees or surprises.
